1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days from the date of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Sale items or final sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at infoahilcollection@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions, including a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as the return process above. We recommend contacting our customer support team first to confirm the availability of the desired size or color. If your exchange is approved, we will send you the replacement item once the original item has been returned.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged or defective item. If you believe the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Infoahilcollection@gmail.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will provide you with a return label and offer a replacement or a full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the refund still hasn’t appeared, please contact us at Infoahilcollection.com, and we will assist you further.

7. Shipping Fees

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a refund, shipping costs for the return are at your expense unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

8. Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as Final Sale. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing these items.

9. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, duties, and taxes associated with the return. Please contact customer support for further instructions on returning items from outside PAKISTAN.
